Being that NBEM is a church in the infancy of ministry, the
primary role is to have worship service, expand the Kingdom of God through
evangelism and reaching the lost, and to provide resources and other means to empower
the church, and the un-churched, through innovative methods of ministry.
However, as the church expands with laborers, many
ministries will be formed to bless all.
Below are a few of the current ministries, as well as many of
the future
ministries that are/will be a part of New Beginnings Empowerment Ministries:

Ministering Servants - those whom would minister
should first be servants to whom they desire to minister. This group
is composed of men and women who serve as official ministers to the people
of God.

Ministers - those who are called provide the
preached Word of God

Deacons - those who are designated as servants
to the people

Altar Workers - those who serve at the altar
to pray for others
-
Ushers - those that coordinate the seating
during services, as well as assist in the collection of the tithes &
offering during service
-
Security - In today's world, safety is a
concern, and we desire our services to be safe for those that worship
with us. Trained security officers, some in official garb, will
serve to ensure that we worship in a secure environment
-
Worship Arts - this ministry arm of the church is
composed of several departments, all serving the purpose of inviting the
Presence of the Lord to be among the people of God.

Praise & Worship Team - this team is compose
of musicians and singers that will "perform" to bring God's presence to
every NBEM service

Dramatic Arts Team - those that bring the
message of Christ in contemporary plays, and dramatic choreography

The Flag and Banner Corp - when going to war,
the flags and banners go before the army. This group serves allow
the Majesty of the King to go before us in our praise, worship, &
adoration to God.

Youth & Children's Ministries - children are to
taught and given instruction in the ways of the Lord. These ministries
will provide clear teaching and fun for your children helping them to grow
in the knowledge of Him.

Youth Ministry - youthful, relevant, and
radical ministry for those who are 13 to 21 years of age

Children's Ministry - mighty ministry that
trains children to become great citizens for the Kingdom of God

Wait Until I Wed - teen pregnancy and un-wed
mothering are epidemic in the nation. This ministry is for the
more mature youth that desires to know God's original intent for
marriage and single hood.

Mentoring to Manhood - a ministry that will
equip young men to not only survive the challenges of peer pressure, but
also to help mode you males into strong, prosperous, and God-fearing
men.

Adult Ministries - areas that challenge the adult
and more mature individuals to succeed in the living the godly life.
Whether through teaching, or simply through fellowship, all are meant to
gain wisdom and knowledge when yoking with others of similar backgrounds.

Singles Ministry - there are many in the Body of
Christ that successfully lead single lifestyles. This ministry unites
help develop those who are single and may be facing the challenges of living
single, yet desiring companionship.

Men's Fellowship - God first created man to lead;
however, in many households men may fail to provide proper leadership.
This ministry will help to provide sound Biblical guidance, and fellowship,
for bringing men into an awareness of the role God intended for their
leadership.

Women's Fellowship - From Eve as the mother of
creation, to Mary as the first carrier of the Gospel message of Christ's
resurrection, lady's have played an important role in the formation of
society and of the church. This ministry is geared to develop women
into their full potential as leaders in the church.

Seasoned Saints - Many of the more senior
individuals of society have served to be the foundation for many of the
rights and privileges we have today - this is something that we should not
forget. This ministry is not a ministry to provide fellowship for the
elderly, but is rather a ministry to ensure that the wisdom of our elders is
imparted to all.
